Posters shall be presented in portrait format (100 cm high and 70 cm wide) with the title, the addresses of authors and the scientific content.

The poster should be printed by the participants.

The number of your poster will be displayed on the top of the panel as follows:

Set-up and dismantle

All posters should be set up on 2 February between 8:30 and 10:15 at the poster board showing your session and ID number.

Please avoid placing your poster in a different location and follow the assigned placement.

Posters are expected to remain on display until 4 February at 14:30 (after the coffee break).

During the poster session, the presenting author must be present at their poster.

Poster pitches

A selection of posters will be invited by the Scientific Committees to give a poster pitch during the relevant session.

Poster pitches will consist of 2-minute presentations with a single slide. Further information will be communicated shortly.

Print your poster online and collect directly on site!

iCROPM 2026 is pleased to offer a poster printing service that allows you to submit your poster in advance by uploading the file to an online platform by the deadline indicated below.

Your poster will be printed and will be available for collection upon your arrival at the congress venue. To collect it, please present the order number you will receive after completing the payment.

This service allows you to find your poster directly at the conference venue, avoiding the inconvenience of traveling with printed materials.

Important:

Posters must be uploaded by 12:00 PM (CEST) on January 30, 2026. Posters printed through this service will be available for collection starting from February 2, 2026, at the Congress Secretariat.

Please note that this service does not include on-site file submission or on-site printing.
